Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 3/18/2026 Last Updated: 3/18/2026 Welcome to HERE Corp aka Hands-on Education from Railroad Employers 501(c)3 Corporation (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Booking and User Terms (“Terms”) govern your participation in our online returnship, internship, mentor, and consultant programs (“Programs”) and your use of our website, platform, and related services (“Services”). By booking a Program or using our Services, you agree to these Terms in full, available on request. Program Bookings and Payments All bookings are made via our official website or authorized representatives. Payment must be made in full (or according to the agreed payment schedule) before your participation is confirmed. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice prior to booking confirmation. Your booking is confirmed only when you receive written or electronic confirmation from us. This could be generated via a receipt, an email, or other online pathway. 3. Cancellations and Refunds User cancellations: All fees are non-refundable. Alternative sessions may be available for exceptions on case by case basis within 1 year of cancellation. Provider cancellations: If we must cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a full refund or the option to join an alternative session. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Non-attendance (without notice) forfeits eligibility for a refund. Non-attendance will be defined as a non- or late appearance beyond 5 minutes to any session start time. No exceptions will be permitted. 4. User Conduct You agree to maintain professionalism, respect, and appropriate online behavior during all interactions. Harassment, discrimination, plagiarism, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal without refund. You are responsible for following all of your own company, local, state, and federal rules for workplace interactions. You will be removed from the program should you violate any of these rules or present any similar behaviors towards any returnee, mentor, or other participant with the HERE community. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and submissions. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability HERE Corp is held harmless of all and any lawsuits from any interactions that may or may not occur during any of the booked programs and is not liable for any damages.
